Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. Every product photo shows the actual item and color you're ordering. Because our hair is 100% Remy human hair, you may notice slight natural variation in tone or texture between sets — that's a feature of real human hair, not a defect.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your receipt is emailed to you automatically once your order is placed. You can also view and download it any time by logging in and going to My Account → Orders.

How can I return an item?

Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Log in to My Account → Orders and select the order, or send us a message using the form on this page and we'll walk you through it.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Not always. We sell through our current inventory in limited shades, so once a color sells out it's typically gone for good rather than restocked. Check the Shop page or follow us for newly available shades.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders go out via USPS — Ground Advantage (5–7 business days), Priority Mail (3–5 business days), or Priority Express (1–2 business days) — with free Ground shipping on orders over $89.
